Terms of service.

Last updated: 26 June 2026 (added Keystone subscriptions and payment terms)

These terms govern your use of the Systemic Revenue website (the “site”) and any related services provided by Create Momentum LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

I

Nature of the service

We provide B2B revenue consulting: diagnosing revenue systems, prescribing what needs to change, and building the systems themselves. We are consultants, not licensed legal, financial, tax, or accounting advisers. Nothing on this site or in our conversations constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. For those questions, consult the relevant licensed professional.

II

Site content

Everything published on this site - essays, methods, case figures - is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Case figures and results described on the site are historical and specific to the engagements they came from. They are not a promise of what an engagement will produce for you.

III

Diagnostic calls

Diagnostic calls are free and approximately forty-five minutes. They are a conversation, not the start of a formal engagement. Booking a call does not create a contract for consulting services. You can reschedule or cancel at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

IV

Engagements

If we choose to work together after a call, a separate written agreement will set out the scope, fees, payment terms, and cancellation terms of that engagement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the engagement agreement prevails. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees paid for consulting services are final and non-refundable, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

V

No guarantee of results

Revenue outcomes depend on factors outside our control: your market, your team, your execution, timing, and luck. We bring the diagnosis and the system; we do not and cannot guarantee any particular financial result.

VI

The newsletter

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. We may pause or discontinue the newsletter at our discretion.

VII

Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, design, code) is the property of Create Momentum LLC unless otherwise credited. You may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

VIII

Third-party tools

The site relies on tools we do not operate: our hosting provider (Vercel), Google Calendar and Google Meet (call scheduling and video), Kit (newsletter delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the booking calendar), and the analytics tools described in the privacy policy. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

IX

Acceptable use

Use the site as a normal visitor. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

X

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that its content is complete or current at all times.

XI

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of your use of the site or a diagnostic call is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue or lost profits.

XII

Disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first - most disagreements are resolved by a direct, good-faith conversation. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protections you hold under the laws of your country of residence.

XIII

Keystone subscriptions

Keystone is our client-collaboration software, sold as a subscription. When you subscribe you are buying recurring access to the software, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. We make the plan, the price, and the billing interval clear before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Your right to use Keystone is a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the duration of your subscription.

XIV

Payments

When you buy a Keystone subscription, the order is handled by a third-party online reseller acting as the Merchant of Record. The reseller, and the buyer terms that apply to your purchase in addition to these terms, are shown to you at checkout before you pay. For help with a payment, a refund, or your subscription, contact us at info@systemicrevenue.com.

XV

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
