This policy covers Keystone software subscriptions bought through this site.
You get 14 days, no questions asked. If you start a new Keystone subscription and it is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will give it back. You do not need to explain why.
Write to info@systemicrevenue.com from the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Once the 14 days have passed, payments for that billing period and for renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. When you cancel, your access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancel from inside your account, or email us and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not delete your workspaces, and it takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The 14-day guarantee applies to a new annual subscription from the date of your first payment, the same as the monthly plan. After 14 days the annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop it from renewing for another year.
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory consumer protections you hold under the law of your country of residence. Where local law gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
