Systemic Revenue (“we,” “us”) is operated by Create Momentum LLC. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it - wherever you live.
Information you give us directly. When you book a diagnostic call, subscribe to the newsletter, or email us, we collect: your name, email address, your time zone and selected appointment time (when booking), the content of any message you send, and anything you choose to share about your company or its revenue situation.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used for security and to keep the site running. If you accept analytics on the cookie banner, the measurement tools described in section VI also collect usage data. If you decline, they never load.
Diagnostic calls are scheduled through our own booking system. When you book, it processes your name, email address, time zone, and the appointment details. You receive a calendar invitation through Google Calendar with a Google Meet link for the call, plus reminder emails before the appointment. Google processes the calendar and video-call data under its own privacy policy.
Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Kit (kit.com), which stores your email address on our behalf. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and we do not email you again.
We use your data to schedule and conduct diagnostic calls, deliver consulting services if we work together, send the newsletter you subscribed to, respond to your messages, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent, when you subscribe or accept analytics cookies; (b) taking steps toward or performing a contract, when you book a call or engage our services; (c) our legitimate interest in running and securing the website; and (d) our legal obligations under applicable law.
Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, to meet accounting and tax-record obligations. Booking and contact data that does not lead to an engagement: up to twelve months. Server logs: up to thirty days.
Strictly necessary cookies (such as storing your cookie choice itself) are always active. Everything else is gated on the cookie banner: it only loads if you choose “That works,” and never loads if you choose “Only necessary.” Your choice is stored for twelve months, and you can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Google Analytics collects usage data (pages visited, where visitors come from, rough location) so we can see which pages get read. The Meta Pixelmeasures conversions, such as a booked call, and can be used by Meta to build audiences for advertising under Meta's own policies. Both load only after your consent. Vercel Analytics is a cookieless visitor counter that stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you; it runs regardless of your cookie choice because it uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
The service providers named above (Vercel, Google, Meta, Kit) may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Each provides contractual safeguards for international transfers under its own data-processing terms. We keep the list of providers short on purpose.
Wherever you live, we extend you the same rights: to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK GDPR or US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA) may grant you these rights formally, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of them, email joel@systemicrevenue.com and we will respond within thirty days.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting. No system is fully invulnerable; if a breach affects you, we will notify you without undue delay.
This is a business-to-business service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under sixteen.
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email if you are a subscriber or client.
